I use Sherwin Williams paint and get a pretty nice contractor pricing thats worth the drive, I bill material at cost + 15% to cover the cost to pick it up in Spokane. If you are coming into Colville, your welcome to pick up the material under my account ( I will call it in) and you can pay for it in person at the store. As long as you bring it to the job site I’ll save you the 15%.

The basement is very chopped up even though it is smaller, there is a ton of corners which requires extra time. This quote reflects that and the assuming that the trim will be completed at the same standard as the upstairs.
